Lido Watches Shipping & Returns Policy

At Lido Watches, we want you to love your purchase. Every order comes with easy returns and a satisfaction guarantee. Free shipping is available on orders over $100.


Shipping

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days.

Standard Shipping is available with an estimated delivery window of 5 to 15 business days. Orders over $100 qualify for free standard shipping.

International Shipping is available worldwide. Shipping rates for international orders are calculated at checkout based on the destination. Delivery typically takes 7 to 21 business days. Please note that import duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.


30-Day Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your watch within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. No questions asked.

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

The watch must be in its original, unworn condition. All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included. Any protective film must still be attached, if applicable. The return request must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

How to Initiate a Return

Contact us at hello@lidowatches.com with your order number. You will receive a prepaid return shipping label via email. Pack the watch securely in its original packaging and drop it off at any authorized shipping location. Once we receive your return, your refund will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.


Exchanges

If you would like a different style or size, simply initiate a return and place a new order. This allows you to receive your new watch as quickly as possible without waiting for us to process the return first.

For strap size adjustments or replacements, please contact our customer service team and we will help you find the perfect fit.
