Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information. You can also track your order anytime using our Track Order page with your order number and email address.

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement. After this window, orders enter processing and cannot be changed. Please contact us immediately if you need to make changes.

Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 30-day guaranteed refund policy. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, return it in its original condition with all packaging for a full refund.

Warranty & Care

Every Lido watch comes with a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. This includes the movement, case, crown, and crystal. Normal wear and tear, scratches, and water damage from misuse are not covered.
