Warranty Coverage

Your Lido watch is warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 12 months from the original date of purchase. This warranty is provided to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

What's Covered
  • Manufacturing defects in materials
  • Defects in workmanship
  • Movement malfunctions under normal use
  • Crystal defects (chips, cracks from normal wear)
  • Crown and pushers functionality issues
  • Clasp and bracelet manufacturing defects
What's Not Covered
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Scratches, dents, or cosmetic damage
  • Water damage beyond rated resistance
  • Damage from accidents or misuse
  • Battery replacement
  • Strap wear or leather aging
  • Modifications or repairs by unauthorized parties

How to Make a Warranty Claim

If you believe your watch has a defect covered under warranty, follow these steps:

    Email hello@lidowatches.com with your order number, photos of the issue, and a description of the problem.

    Receive Authorization

    Our team will review your claim and provide a Return Authorization number and prepaid shipping label.

  3. 3

    Ship Your Watch

    Pack your watch securely and ship it using the provided label. Keep your tracking number.

  4. 4

    Repair or Replacement

    We'll review your claim and either repair the watch or send you a replacement. Most claims are processed within 2 weeks.
